Biz Boomin was founded by chairman Moraba Mashamaite, after he had realized how sports and entertainment are not taken seriously in South Africa, how great talent is wasted due to lack of exposure, resources and many other challenges. The aim of the organization is to develop and promote local talent in sports and entertainment to the highest level. 

In most cases, age is just a number, however, there's age restriction when it comes to sports. Biz Boomin only allows ages between 16 to 28 under sport activities, and no age restrictions in entertainment activities.

Biz Boomin offers services in the following sports: football, netball, basketball, cricket, tennis, athletics, rugby, boxing and swimming. Entertainment activities: music, dance, acting, presenting, comedy and modeling.
