Biz Boomin is a non profit organization (Reg no: 2024/393466/08, NPO: 314-398, PBO: 930084803) focused on developing and promoting sport and entertainment talent in Africa. The organization is divided into five divisions, namely: academy and agency. It is led by three, boots on the ground, entrepreneurs who are visionary and passionate about helping and uplifting communities in all nine provinces of South Africa and beyond.
The plan is to search for indisputable hidden talent in schools and throughout poverty stricken communities within South Africa and expose it to the world. We aim to take youth off the streets, group them according to their abilities, mentor them, promote their talent and represent them on a professional level.

To become a force to reckon with and South Africa's number one producer of high quality talent in sports and entertainment.
To have developed and produced 100 000 professionals in sports and entertainment by 2040, working both locally and abroad.
South Africa is riddled with drugs, criminal gangs and syndicates, moreover, unemployment reigns supreme. But through sports and entertainment we can mitigate the dynamics and create more jobs for South Africans.
